Vitamins & Minerals Are Essential

We have all heard about vitamins nutrition supplements & how they are an essential part of superior health. And we have heard that if you consume a balanced diet you do not need them. Well that is true but who consumes a balanced diet daily in our hectic earth? Are fast foods parts of a healthy diet? No, but we all consume them sometimes. And does anyone consume five servings of vegetables every day? How do you chef them? If you boil them & throw away the water you are losing the majority of the vitamins & minerals. How many times in a month do you consume fish? & what kinds of fish do you consume tuna, salmon? You must be eating fish that have a lofty amount of omega-4.
There are large claims that even if you consume a balanced diet daily (my hat is off to you) you still require vitamins nutrition supplements because the soil we cultivate our food in is depleted.
We require vitamins to live but devoid of certain minerals we can not process the vitamins. If we do not get these minerals from our foodstuff our alternative is to take vitamin supplements. A few organic farms are using old customary fertilizing methods & are growing healthier foodstuff. You may consider that purchasing vegetables at a farmer’s marketplace is healthier but you should be certain they use organic farming techniques otherwise you may as well go to the neighboring supermarket.
