Food Borne Diseases

Mostly food borne disease are becoming nowadays, also they are considered emerging. Due to the 
new microorganisms in the role of food it has been recognized recently. One of the food borne disease is Listeria Monocytogenes is considered emerging. If this disease comes for the pregnant women it may cause abortion. The persons with a weekend immune system may lead to blood poisoning and meningitis. Mostly this disease is occurring through consumption of foods like meats kept in refrigerator for long time. Because of this the listeria may grow at low temperature. Recently in France and USA this disease was caused by pork tongue and hot dogs. Due to unconditional sanitary and lightly processed fresh water fish and fishery products the food borne trematodes is occurring. It may cause liver disease and liver cancer. The new borne diseases are occurring due to the international travel and trade, microbial adaption and changes in the food production system. As well as it also occurs due to human demographics and behaviour.
