Every year due to diarrhoeal diseases most of the children less than 5 years are dying because of unhygiene. The highly affected areas are high population normally peri-urban dwellers or rural inhabitants. The main problems for this unhygienic is lack of priority given to the sector, financial problems, poor water supply, sanitation services, poor hygienic behaviors, inadequate sanitation in public places including hospital, schools, health centers and in many other places. 
Four different kinds of facts sheets are provided like information on water, sanitation and hygienic in emergency situations, broader context, information on vector-borne diseases and finally the variety of diseases affected by water and sanitation. Household water treatment and safe storage of water is introduced and regarding this the information is also published. Mainly it is introduced in the area were the people living nearby the polluted rivers, lakes, unsafe wells and piped water supplies. World Health Organization had introduced the forefront of environmental sanitation and hygienic action for the past years.
